Sarah Fletcher, Soprano, is delighted to portray Dr. Tam O'Shaughnessy in this production of Sally Ride. A frequent performer across the Pacific Northwest, Sarah has a momentous 2026 ahead. This October, she returns to Tacoma Opera as Waltraute (covering Sieglinde) in Die Walküre, followed by her role debut as Abigaille in Nabucco with Puget Sound Concert Opera in November. Recent highlights include the title role in Maria Callas, the opera and Freia in Tacoma Opera’s Das Rheingold.
Beyond the stage, Sarah is a leader in the local arts community, serving as Board Secretary of Puget Sound Concert Opera and Manager of Opera on Tap Seattle. She holds degrees from the University of Puget Sound and Bastyr University, and has trained at AIMS in Graz, Austria, and OperaWorks in Los Angeles.www.sarahfletchersoprano.com
